All this month we are celebrating the world of the Boyband and that means that every day of November we are delving into a different song by a different band! Let’s celebrate the boyband, there were many of them in the noughties and nineties when I was growing up so let’s relook at some of the great ones out there!

Sometimes boybands come and go that don’t get the praise that they deserve and then forgotten about. Today we are looking at a boyband that was short lived and had a single that was such a great song.

I instantly liked Knockout when I first heard it and remember buying it on CD as a single as I really enjoyed it. I think I liked it as it had a real Five vibe to it and that is probably why it was forgotten about – it is maybe too familiar.

Knockout is such a good boyband song, it doesn’t matter how long it is between times I hear it, I always love it. It is one of those songs as well where I remember making up a dance routine to it when I was a kid. It is so catchy and the single really does show how talented this band were.
