There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.

The one thing that is great about London is that it is always ever changing. You walk through the city and one day there will be a new installation or statue. One area that always has a lot of new items for a limited time is around St Pauls and today we are looking at a statue that was there around 2019.
Fearless Girl is a bronze statue that is four foot high that was originally from New York. It was designed by Kristen Visbal. It was to promote gender diversity initiatives.
I stumbled across this statue in St Pauls one day and found it quite empowering. What you cannot see in the background of this photograph is that St Pauls Cathedral, it is big, it is bold and high above it.
I like this photo because it makes the Fearless Girl the hero, the slightly muted colours also really emphasise the boldness of the girl.
