There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.

There is one thing that is really interesting about America is that in some areas of the city it is built around the University. This is what I felt about Princeton University and where today’s photograph was taken.

In 2010, I worked in America and spent one night on campus at Princeton University. This is one of the buildings on site. I wanted to take a photograph of it as I found it incredibly unique and interesting due to it’s unusual architecture.

The thing I like about this photograph is the set up – I adore the dark tree in the foreground as it heightens the older brown buildings in the background. I really like the boldness of the blue in the sky as it makes the green look really bold.

This photograph brings back a lot of great memories to me and a fun summer it was.
