There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.
If there is one thing that is great about London is that there is always an interesting photograph to be taken in the evening. Today’s photo is one that I took on a winters evening when I was walking along the Thames.
There are so many random angles that you can take of Tower Bridge but a lot of the time they are face on but you don’t usually get an angle that looks upwards to it. Even though this photograph is pretty dark, I like the angle that I have taken. Even though the photograph is pretty dark, I like the angle that I have taken.
The fact that there isn’t much light means that it looks eerie and spooky, it creates a sense of creepiness but it also highlights areas of the bridge that you of not normally think about.
It may not be the best photograph in the world of the Tower Bridge but I like how it shows a different side to such a popular attraction.
