There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them very rarely that they can create a sense of nostalgic for you, the listener. So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.

Polaroid – Liam Payne

Today we are looking at a single that was released by three unique musicians in 2018. On the 5th October 2018 Jonas Blue, Liam Payne and Lennon Stella released the single Polaroid.

The track was written by Ed Drewett, Sam Roman, Guy James Robin and John Paul Cooper. It was released under the record label of Virgin EMI.

Apparently the idea behind the lyrics is about finding love at first sight and Jonas Blue felt Liam Payne was the perfect person to sing it. It was also meant to include Cheryl as well but due to the fact the couple broke up, it changed to the musician Lennon Stella.

The single went into the top 30 in many countries including Croatia (21), Hungary (23), Israel (1), Netherlands (20) and the US Dance Club songs (1). In the UK the single went to number 12 and became certified Platinum selling over 600,000 copies.
