Welcome to a the feature that is going to run every other Tuesday on The Phoenix Remix! The strand Listed! has now come to an end, thank you for those who read it, however from now on we are going on a different adventure – welcome to the brand new feature called 100 Weeks of Discovery!

The shop Paperchase, is sadly coming to an end but in the weeks to the run up, I have been visiting to find out what books I can use to create articles from and luckily yet again, I was welcomed with a brand new one called A Pocketful of Self Discovery!

Week 54- Planning Your Next Trip…

Research yourself!

One thing I have learnt from many years of bad advice from tourist information (they have put in danger for my life more then once) in various countries, including the United Kingdom is that do your own research as well as what they suggest. Planning leads to safety and allows you to be beyond wise.

Non touristy

Finding areas that are not tourist routes can also be exciting as you get to know the area and the culture. If you do this then make sure you thoroughly check the safety of the area so you don’t get into any sort of trouble – whether this be about the type of land you are walking on or even the areas of the city.

Be Spontaneous

Spontaneous adventures can be a lot of fun and can keep a holiday fun and exciting and unplanned.
