Hello! Tell us about yourself?
I’m a stand-up comedian from London.
Tell us all about your show!
My show is about lots of things. Expect Chihuahuas, Anne Robinson, and Party Rings. All in the flesh.
How did you come up with the name of your show that your taking to the fringe?
I wanted to name it other things. But apparently just reciting all the lyrics to Mambo No. 5 would have been ‘too long a title.’ So I called it Piggie!
What other acts are you looking forward to seeing at the fringe?
I’m looking forward to seeing Bebe Cave’s ‘The Screen Test’, and Sarah Roberts’ ‘Silkworm’. I’ve been to previews of both and loved them!
Have you done the fringe before? What are the key pieces of advice you have been given or would give to new groups or people performing at the fringe.
I have done the fringe before! In my experience, the best way to have a good time is to try not to sleep, drink as little water as you can, and read all of your reviews as soon as they come out!
What is the best way to enjoy yourself at the fringe?
Stand on the Royal Mile and collect as many flyers as you can. Try and see a show where you’re the only person who’s bought a ticket. Eat pizza from a van at 2am.
Ok, where is your favourite place to eat at the Fringe?
Probably the City Cafe!
Top tips for travelling around the Fringe and getting to shows on time?
Give yourself 10 mins spare!
What would be your top three items every performer must take to the fringe?
A waterproof, a watch, and a waterproof
what’s the secret to successful flyering?
Put the flyer in their pocket when they’re not looking. Like reverse pick pocketing.
If people want to find out more about you where can they follow you on social media?
