Taste Of States – This Week – Breyers Cinnabon Ice Cream

Welcome To Taste of States a place where we celebrate the weird and wonderful food of the United States of America. This can be everything from the snacks that are available for a limited time to the foods that are classic traditions at events such as Christmas and Thanksgiving! Each week we will explore the facts and the history surrounding a different food.

BREYERS CINNABON ICE CREAM

Today we are heading down the frozen aisle to take a look at an ice cream flavour that, personally sounds pretty delicious to me.

Breyers is a company that was created in 1866 in Philadelphia. Over the years the company got bigger and bigger and have since then have created more and more flavours.

One of the flavours that they released was Cinnabon. The company teamed up with the brand Cinnabon to create a frozen version of the dessert. The product is a vanilla based ice cream with cinnamon swirls and pieces of Cinnabon pieces throughout.

The ice cream can be purchased from grocery stores for around $4 for 48oz. It is 110 calories per serving with 6 grams of fat. Reading reviews online they are really positive and praise the flavour.
