It’s called Swim in the Bay, it came out on Jan 24, 2024 on Fierce Panda Records.

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

We have a track on our debut LP “Moonsoake” called “Flesh” – it was never released as a single but we absolutely love it!

Your favourite song to play live:

Probably “Drag” or a new unreleased one called “I Deserve That” (a future Single with our next album)

The song that was the longest to write and why?

Probably one of our newer unreleased tracks, as our debut was released in 2022 but actually recorded in 2019/20! So we have had loads of time to write.

Your most emotional track:

“Blue Jean” from our debut LP, or “Cherrydream” from our first EP.

Dream collaboration:

We have always massively admired Placebo, and goth rock bands like Type O Negative. We have been listening to a lot of Genesis and on the entire flip side of that, Jai Paul. We’d love to do a track with either Jai or AK Paul, – their work is amazing. 

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

Depends on the show!! But when it’s in front of good people, there’s nothing like it at all! There’s a fuzzy warm sensation that comes over you from the first note and the first applause. It’s amazing!

The hardest track to play live:

Most def Drag, depending on the pace!

Essential items you always take on tour with you?

PASSPORTS (we’ve never forgotten them) – throat coat tea, and a decent pillow.

“Orpheus” by Ash. Or basically any Ash hit.

What we can look forward to from your band this year: 

We will be recording a new album with Andy Bradfield and Avril Mackintosh (Bjork, The XX, Rufus Wainwright, Bryan Adams, The Spice Girls, Queen) in both our studio in Belfast (an old working men’s club ballroom) and in their studios in London. Following that a Tour and a bunch of new singles!!
