Day 18 – Runaway Bride

Julia Roberts and Richard Gere are a great match on the screen and it was so exciting when they did another film together. This is such a great film and it is another one that is a great example of a fantastic rom com.

A reporter is assigned to write a story about a woman who has left a string of fiancés at the altar.

I rewatched this film a few months ago and it was so weird seeing it as an adult because I haven’t seen this film in a very long time. Even after all the time I have had a break away from it, the comedy and the romance still uphold and make a great watch.

There are some really fun parts of this film but the scenes with Roberts and Gere steal the show as they are so good as they have great chemistry.
