Jump – Flo Rida feat Nelly Furtado
Today we look at a song that was released around a time when your turned on the radio and this musician would always be playing.
Jump was a single that was released on the 17th July 2009 by the artist Flo Rida. The track also featured the vocals of Nelly Furtado. The single was produced by Mike Carren, Arrowstar, Olige E Dean and Travis Barker. It was released on the record label Poe Boy and Atlantic. The song was the fourth track to be released from Flo Rida’s second album R.O.O.T.S
The most unusual face about this song is that it was used to promote the Disney film G-Force – a film about highly intelligent guinea pis who fight crime.
The song did relatively well in the charts and went into the top 30 in Australia (18), Belgium (8), Germany (27), Ireland (26) and the United Kingdom (21).
I remember the track because it always popped up on playlists – I wouldn’t say I like the track when it starts but when it gets going it is catchy.
