Yes you heard that correctly – it’s also being called Benedict Cumberbunny and has been created by Jen Lindsay-Clark, a chocolatier based in Brighton. It has been described as “a delicious Belgian chocolate rabbit with a handsome face and a tasty bottom,” according to the Chocolatician website. It weighs 400 grammes, is “hand-glazed with edible lustre dust”.
