This song is one of the albums that reflects the changes in the style and is a really nice one to listen on a warm summers day. This was at a time when Ryan Ross was part of Panic! and he was reknowned for songs with double meanings. There are rumours that this song has a double meaning and it actually a political song.
When The Day Met The Night – Pretty. Odd
Another song from the Pretty Odd album which has a chilled out vibe to it and is another one that can be listened to on a warm summers day. The song is about Ryan and his girlfriend and the journey they have been through together.
Let’s Kill Tonight – Vices & Virtues
This song has a lot of elements which carry through the whole album. It has a great drum beat, some snazzy lyrics and is really fun to listen to. It is one of the up tempo songs on this album and really will get your feet thumping.
Casual Affair – Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!
This song has a very different sound to every song on this list and it has a sort of seductive side to it which really defines and highlights the unique sound in which Panic At the Disco have in the more recent albums when Brendan Urie is in charge of all creativity. This song is dark, lustful and powerful and a great song.
Golden Days – Death of a Bachelor
This is a song that cannot be missed as its hauntingly beautiful and so different to other songs of Panic! At the Disco. It really shows the vocal capability of Brendan Urie and really makes you impressed with him as a singer.
Impossible Year – Death of a Bachelor
You want a song that shows Brendan in a different light altogether then this is the song for you. It is a very beautiful ballad that you can imagine being sung in an old fashioned piano bar. It really is a magical way to end an album and shows the different direction in which this band can do.
